About the Role

• Up to £41,064 + £7,106 Car Allowance + Commission + Benefits
• Full Time / Permanent role

What Will I be Doing?

• An exceptional People Leader, you'll manage the Inside Sales Team developing their capabilities and motivating them to deliver growth for the business
• Through management of pipelines and prospective sales enquiries originating from ecommerce and marketing campaigns you'll deliver on your own and your team's KPIs and targets
• Follow up all on-going enquiries to the point of conclusion, i.e. contract acceptance.
• Work with our Marketing team to monitor site performance and optimise marketing campaign material
• In partnership with our Digital team you'll proactively propose improvements to the user journey to increase conversion on the site

What are the Requirements?

• Proven success as a Telesales Manager is essential
• You'll have a demonstrable track record in telemarketing, lead generation or business development with a track record in delivering and overachieving on sales targets
• A true leader you'll have the ability to motivate, train and mentor the team.
• A confident and articulate communicator across all mediums, you'll easily engage with senior stakeholders and clients alike
• You'll have experience using a CRM system
• Experience of the products and industry would be ideal, but not essential
