- Analysis and preparation of Accrual and Deferral data
- Accumulate and analyse sales data from multiple resources
- Prepare, audit and upload sales and payroll data into the Incentive Tracking System (ITS)
- Prepare multiple Commission and Bonus payrolls for different countries
- Generate, review and approve commission statements in ITS
- Interact with internal reps to resolve open Commission and Bonus issues
- Participate on Ad Hoc projects/reporting
- Work with the Development and IT team to create efficiencies within ITS.
- Must have excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high level of accuracy
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be detail oriented
- The ability to use your initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
- Incentive Compensation experience
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
- Experience with Macros/Power BI
