The Role
This leading Top 50 UK/ L500 Ranked Team are seeking an experienced Incentives Senior Associate to join their London Office.
Providing a range of UK & Global Corporates & P.E Firms; this Group provide a complete offering across:
- Design, implementation and operation of Reward Structures
- Equity Incentive Plans
- Advising on Management Incentive schemes
Due to an abundance of work, and growth plans - the role can be shaped around your specific strengths – alternatively a broad role with investment and support is on offer also.
You Will Be:
- An Incentives Senior Associate with 6 PQE +
- (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also, with more senior level positions available)
- Relocators (within the UK) welcome to apply
