SalaryA highly regarded firm is looking to hire an associate/ Senior Associate with at least 4 years' PQE to join its growing Tax team. The firm itself has an excellent reputation for high quality work combined with a supportive atmosphere.
This is a great opportunity for a Tax lawyer to truly develop their career, by joining a team with ample career progression and impressive room for growth. In working closely with 1 partner, the ideal candidate will have a good level of responsibility compared to within larger teams.
The partiulcar type of work which will this role will include may focus on a range of direct and indirect tax matters. The may include public and private UK and cross border M&A and PE transactions, corporate re-organisaitons and restructurings, and VC investment.
The new Senior Associate will work closely with the firm's employment groups in relation to tax issues, as well as working with a diverse range of entrepreneuers, investors and business owners. Clients arise out of a broad selection of businesses including financial services, technology, fashion, leisure, real estate, banking and others. This is an ideal role for someone looking to really develop their experience and practice.
In order to be considered, you must be qualified in England and Wales. Strong experience of both direct and indirect tax matters is required, ideally gained within a similar City firm or well regarded regional firm.
