SalaryWe have a current opportunity for an Income Officer on a temporary basis. The position will be for around 2 months initially.
The position will be based in Glasgow and you will do 3 days in the office and 2 at home (Friday will be a working from home day and then one other).
The main duties of the role are:
- effectively managing rent arrears in line with policy, best practice, relevant legislation and use of our case management tool
- Use a range of methods [social media, text, visits and calls outwith normal hours] to establish and maintain effective and meaningful contact with tenants
- Liaise with a range of other staff across the Association including Welfare Rights, Estate Teams, Property & Repair, Community Support Services, Customer Service Team to establish contact with customers
To be considered for the post you must have knowledge and experience of income management, Income Maximisation techniques and core housing management tasks.
