We're seeking a dedicated Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager for a rewarding full-time role, 35 hours per week.
Key Details:
- Location: Manchester
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Requirement: DBS required
- Compensation: £16 to £18 per hour
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sheltered housing scheme
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and support of residents
- Coordinate with external agencies, organising support services
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housing management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- DBS certification is a must join us in fostering a supportive community and enhancing the lives of our residents.
