SalaryWe are looking for an experienced curry chef to join our team. The takeaway offers Indian/Bangladeshi food. Each dish is freshly prepared from scratch to meet our customer expectations. We require a curry chef who has the basic knowledge of the cuisine as training will be provided to suit our style of cooking.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The right candidate will be responsible and accountable for preparation and presentation of all curry dishes. To undertake menu planning. Determine quantities to be cooked and the portions sizes to be served. Ensuring the that adequate stocks of food are maintained (fresh, frozen and dried) for the curry section.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- For foreign candidates english language skills at CEFR B1.
JOB TYPE:
Full-time, permanent (37.5 Hours per week)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Uk visa sponsorship available.
