We are looking for an Individual Giving Acquisition Manager for an inspiring national health charity to grow and develop programmes through a range of channels, as well as playing a key part in the delivery of appeals and campaigns.
This is a UK homebased role with monthly travel to the London office.

The Role
Line management responsibilities for the Face to Face Manager & the Regular Giving Officer.
Assist the Senior Individual Giving Manager in:
Creating and managing strategies for acquisition across Individual Giving, Lottery and Regular Giving.
Developing acquisition campaigns, adopting a test and learn approach.
Be the key stakeholder in the delivery of an annual programme of multi-channel acquisition campaigns using direct mail, direct dialogue, digital marketing and telemarketing across various products.
The Candidate
Demonstrable experience of Individual Giving fundraising in a role with substantial responsibility for driving supporter growth from a variety of channels.
Experience of developing, managing, promoting Lotteries or Raffles, with a proven track record in Gaming recruitment.
Experience in delivering & monitoring strategy and large budgets (£2m+) to agreed deadlines, as well as experience of reporting on expenditure budgets and financial modelling.
Experience of leading, inspiring and empowering a diverse team to work cooperatively and deliver excellent results.
