Individual Giving & Engagement Officer
Duration: 6-month fixed term contract
Location: London, EC4
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm or 9:30am to 5:30pm
Working pattern: Hybrid - 50/50 home/office based
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 FTE
Projected start date: ASAP
We are delighted to be working with a wonderful charity based in the heart of London to recruit a highly skilled Individual Giving & Engagement Officer to join their ambitious Fundraising team.
About the role:
You will play a key role in the new Individual Giving & Engagement team to achieve key objectives and income targets. The role will report into the Head of Individual Giving & Engagement. You will work closely with the Supporter Engagement Officer and Digital Marketing Officer on supporter journeys and digital acquisition to grow acquisition and retention rates.
You will also work collaboratively with the Marketing Team to deliver Individual Giving & Engagement programmes, campaigns, and income targets.

- Philanthropy
- Corporate Partnerships
- Sporting Events
- Community Events
About you:
You will be a seasoned Individual Giving Fundraiser with experience of Direct and Digital Marketing and
fundraising techniques and campaign implementation, campaign management and report writing. You will be a strong communicator who is able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders, teams, and supporters.
