This role can be home based or hybrid London in their lovely offices near Vauxhall.

They have regualr virtual meetings and get together once a quarter. The Role
Deliver and develop individual online and offline campaigns with all stakeholders, to meet agreed objectives, optimising campaigns in line with strategic priorities.
Manage the creative development of the campaign and brief external agencies (or occasionally internal teams) on creative approach.
Manage the approach to audience targeting and segmentation, working with external media agencies for digital and cold direct mail campaigns.
Ensure that all supporters are receiving the highest standard of supporter care by developing and regularly reviewing processes and standards with the Supporter Relations and Database Services teams.
The Candidate
Excellent understanding of all aspects ofdDirect and digital marketing techniques and methods for warm and cold activity across channels.
Able to evaluate and dissect copy and creative in order to improve it.
Understanding of how to use a database effectively for direct marketing purposes.
Experience of managing and reporting on campaign budgets, and undertaking campaign analysis.
Demonstrable experience of leading supporter development programmes involving a range of direct marketing techniques and channels such as mail, e-mail, telephone, inserts
