Hours of work: 15 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.85 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

St John’s Meads CE Primary School is a one form entry school with a distinct Christian ethos. We have strong links with our local Church and community, and we are part of a church academy trust (Diocese of Chichester Academy Trust). 

This role would suit an experienced Individual Needs Assistant or Teaching Assistant, or someone with knowledge and understanding of children with special educational needs (conditions such as Downs Syndrome, Austim Spectrum Condition and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Knowledge of strategies and interventions to support social communication would be ideal, as would confidence to liaise with staff via email. Hours may be needed either in the morning or afternoon, and can be discussed at interview.

This is a position with 39 weeks worked plus 5.85 weeks of annual leave (term time only).
