You will be joining the Business Leadership Team supporting executives across Operations and Central Services. Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will be working alongside a team of Personal Assistants supporting 3-4 stakeholders at a time across the Glasgow area. Dedicated to investing and upskilling their staff, this opportunity has great progression opportunity and would be an ideal move for an experienced PA looking to develop their career within a market-leading organisation.Your new roleYour role will involve supporting members of the senior executive team within HR, Legal, and Finance. You will be managing multiple dairies, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, arranging international travel, organising and coordinating high-level meetings and preparing the subsequent agendas and paperwork. You will be managing a diverse workload, where no two days will be the same. The PAs take part in arranging away events for the company. You will be liaising with travel companies, external suppliers, and venues to coordinate exciting events throughout the year for staff. Experience of events management is therefore beneficial to excel in this role, but is not essential. The Business Leadership Team work very closely together and have a family-like culture. Each member of the team has supports impressive tenure within the business and support each other daily with tasks. There is a wider business support network across the UK and Ireland, there to assist you with building your knowledge for your new role and beyond. What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience of stakeholder management.
  • Experience with eventscoordination.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Proactive approach, not reactive towards tasks.
  • Experience within the manufacturing industry is beneficial but not essential.
