As an Industry Solutions Sales Manager you will lead a team of Consulting Account Executives working with our Public Sector customers, and collaborating with our broader account teams. This role will allow you the opportunity to accelerate your career growth, lead a high performing sales team, and to own and lead a portfolio of strategic, complex pursuits that leverage cutting edge solutions for customers that grow cloud consumption.

Responsibilities

The Industry Solutions Sales Manager is responsible for:
  • Leading a team of Industry Solutions sellers driving business outcomes and value for customers. Performing regular 1:1 coaching with Sellers to drive on strategy execution.
  • Leveraging strong knowledge of the Industry Solutions Catalogue and strategy.
  • Positioning themself as a thought leader and trusted advisor to executive-level business decision makers.
  • Directing the development and implementation of strategies for maximizing selling across their team.
  • Collaborating with sales and delivery teams across the business
  • Achievement of team sales metric attainment and growth targets.
  • Fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and openness.
  • Ensuring that we create a an environment of diversity and inclusion
  • Models, coaches and cares – attracting and retaining great people, building proficiency within the team.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or technology related field AND experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing and/or driving business growth or customer digital transformation, sales management, or leadership. OR equivalent experience.
  • People management experience.
  • Experience of working with Public Sector preferable
