Job Title - Information Manager
Location - Central London + regular site visits (flexible working)
Salary - Up to £40,000 + package
This award winning Main Contractor are currently looking for an Information Manager to join their Property Services division.
As Information Manager you will work closely with all the Operations Directors within the buisness unit, creating workflows and implementing processes to streamline the information management function.
They are paying up to £40K and is a great opportunity to work for a reputable company who provide excellent training and development plans for all their staff.
Across their projects they use EDMS system Dalux - experience on this system is not essential but preferable.
Experience and skills required:
- Proven track record as a Document Controller for a main contractor or housing developer, responsible for the management of multiple projects
- Computer literate with a good proven competency in MS Office.
- Excellent working knowledge of a Document Management system (ideally Dalux)
- Able to communicate at all levels with consultants, site staff, subcontractors and client disciplines
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
