Here’s your chance to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families! Join our Integrated Front Door (IFD) as an Information Officer, where you can develop skills and gain experience in a dynamic, multi-agency setting.
Our Integrated Front Door team is the main contact for calls and referrals to Children’s Social Care. In September 2023, we achieved an ‘Outstanding’ rating from Ofsted, receiving positive inspection feedback. We are responsible for collecting crucial information to make informed decisions on further interventions for children and their families. We are a service offering a 24/7, 365-day single access point for all contacts and referrals aligning with statutory and local guidelines for child safety and wellbeing.
As an information Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our services, supporting social work and agency teams by gathering, distributing, and preparing this information.
We are looking for a dedicated professionals capable of problem solving, managing challenging demands and prioritisation of work effectively to exceed our customer needs.
