Information Technology Field Engineer

Opportunity for an experienced IT Field Engineer for an established IT MSP, providing field-based services to their UK wide client base, predominantly across Bristol and the South West.

• Looking to appoint ASAP

You will be managing installations, upgrades, maintaining and servicing equipment, as well as troubleshooting configuration scenarios.

Required experience:

• Modern Workplace – full stack (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• On-prem exchange, 0365 and Azure
• Hyper-V and VMware
• Router / Firewall configuration esp SonicWall, WatchGuard and DrayTec
• Network install, config, and troubleshooting.
• Wireless technologies including Ubiquity, DrayTec and Ruckus
• Microsoft Server 2012 onwards including build, config, and install.
• Microsoft Windows 7 onwards
• MacOSX
• Mobile OS (Apple & Android)
