The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team in the smooth management and delivery of IT services and infrastructure across Hillcrest ensuring that they are efficient, reliable, accessible, secure, and cost effective. It requires a dynamic leader with a passion for measuring and delivering exceptional customer service and driving process improvement.
You will have a successful track record in developing forward-thinking IT strategies and in managing IT business continuity, risk management and cyber security arrangements.
This is a high impact role which offers the successful candidate the opportunity of making a significant positive impact in assisting ambitious plans to improve services, adopt new technical solutions and extend digital vision and use across Hillcrest.

Experience of leading and managing an IT service utilising on-premise and cloud based systems.
Successful in developing and implementing IT and digital transformation strategies.
Experience of proactively managing IT business continuity, risk management and cyber security arrangements.
Strong analytical, research and decision-making skills, to deal with complex service delivery.
