Job role: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in managing projects. Experience related to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service preferred.
The ideal candidate will
- have a strong background in overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, with a focus on successful implementation, optimization, and integration of Salesforce solutions using agile methods.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital transformation projects (e.g. Salesforce, Sage X3, etc.), ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope, goals, plans, and deliverables.
- Robustly control scope.
- Create and maintain up-to-date project plans and RAID logs.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, promote open communication, and cultivate strong interpersonal relationships to ensure effective teamwork and the achievement of shared goals.
- Work with Leadership and Business SMEs to prioritise requirement
- Work with Technical SMEs to estimate effort and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work with System Integrator (SI) vendors ensuring favourable commercial terms and managing delivery aligned with expectations on budget, cost, quality, and scope.
