Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of strategic Infrastructure and Cloud Programs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Possess in-depth expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and a proven track record of navigating complex cloud migrations and deployments.
- Leverage robust project management skills to manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions, drawing upon your knowledge of data centre operations, network architecture, and security best practices.
- Oversee a team of talented professionals, providing expert guidance and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implement effective change management strategies, and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, constantly seeking new ways to optimise and innovate our Infrastructure and Cloud solutions.
The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record of delivering successful Infrastructure and Cloud Programs.
- Deep expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Azure, including experience with migration, deployment, and management.
- Strong understanding of data centre operations, network architecture, and security principles.
- Exceptional project management skills, including budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
