Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a passion for IT and a strong footing in Azure & Networking to join the IT team of our client, a prestigious solicitors firm in London. The successful candidate will have robust technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure, take ownership of scenarios, and have a proven track record of providing effective, hands-on IT solutions.
The main responsibilities of the IT Infrastructure Engineer include:

• Install, maintain, and support the IT environment, including network and servers, monitoring systems, change management, and telephone systems.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and availability of on-premise IT systems through monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Install, support, and configure Virtualization and Cloud Solutions.
• Address infrastructure issues, providing efficient and timely resolutions.
• Update the helpdesk system, ensuring all parties are informed about updates, resolutions, or escalations of issues.

Technical Skills/Requirements:

• Azure, Office 365, & Intune
• Cisco Networking
• Experience with Virtual Servers (Hyper-V, VMware, Azure)
• Windows Server 2022
• Powershell / Batch Scripting / Bash Scripting
• Cloud Migrations
• Hardware Rebuilds
