This is an excellent opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a business at an exciting time of growth and take ownership of the User and Cloud systems of the business while being given the chance to frequently fly to Germany.

This company operate on a global scale where they design and manufacture commercial dish and glass washers. They operate in over 30 countries, and they have over 2000 employees. They have recently secured several multimillion-pound contracts and are looking to expand their team.

In this varied role you will be responsible for managing the infrastructure of the company, while maintaining and developing the systems. You will be required to guide junior staff members and assist with 2nd line support for any tasks. This role will also require you to make frequent trips to the Head Office based in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Active Directory Infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365. You will also have a strong understanding of Network technologies such as TCP/IP and their components such as routers and switches, as well as this you must be competent with LAN/WAN Networks. Lastly you will need to have previous PowerShell scripting experience and be open to learning basic German.

The Role:
*Infrastructure / Network Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS…)
*Administration and development of O365, Active Directory & Exchange
*WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security
*Helpdesk and incident management, resolving escalated enquiries

The Person:
*Experience with Active Directory Infrastructure
*Previous experience with O365 & Exchange
*Confident with Network Technologies and Cloud applications
*Willing to learn basic German
