Infrastructure Engineer - Integration - Outside IR35 - Hybrid

Our client, a global Insurance company, are searching for Infrastructure / Integration Engineers to work within the global infrastructure team that is responsible for the continued availability and support of a hybrid on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

As the ideal candidate you will have hands on experience of Azure migrations and have previously worked within the Insurance or Financial Services industry.

Key Skills

• Hands on experience of having performed migrations of Windows Servers to Azure IaaS
• Experience of Tenant to Tenant migrations
• Experience working within the Insurance or Financial Services sector preferred
• Demonstrate extensive experience working as a cloud/Infrastructure Engineer/senior engineer or in similar IT roles.
• Hands on experience of having performed Exchange migrations between organisations or M365 migrations between tenants.
• Extensive experience working with multi-site and multi forest Active Directory environments, group policy and DNS.
• Extensive experience working with common Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure, M365, Azure AD & Intune.
• Extensive experience working with Windows desktop, including all levels of troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience working with cloud, server, desktop, network and telephony providers.
• Able to provide input to, and technical solutions to business requirements.
• Worked within project delivery frameworks, able to demonstrate time management and labour estimating.
• Able to package, script and deploy applications via SCCM including standard image build.

Desirable Experience:

• Good knowledge of Citrix.
• Good knowledge of VMware.
• Experience with Email archiving solutions such as Mimecast or Enterprise Vault.
• Knowledge of identity management solutions such as Okta.
