Position Overview
As the public face of the IT Department, you will be servicing a broad range of customers across range of infrastructure technologies.
Responsibilities
,Work within a team to deliver Managed Services solutions to our customers
,Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and business objectives.
,Troubleshooting network infrastructure related projects, e.g.
firewall installation & configuration; managed WIFi, routing & switching etc.
,Delivering remote and on-site customer support
,Analyse, plan and deliver infrastructure changes & Backup system management
,Proactively manage tasks such as patching, monitoring, etc.
,Maintain configuration and process documentation.
,Management of Server hardware environment
,Recovery manager / Veeam / MS Exchange / Office 365 experience
,Management of LAN/WAN/COMMS Infrastructure
,Active Directory, VPN, Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint & Exchange support
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills and personal qualities
,Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in infrastructure support.
,Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
,Effective team player with a willingness to share knowledge and offer assistance.
,Prioritization skills to manage time effectively, balancing customer issue resolution with project work.
,Proficient in written and verbal English.
,Ability to suggest alternative solutions, innovate, and use past experience to streamline operations.
,Excellent documentation skills.
