Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Interim ICT Infrastructure Manager to join a Public Sector organisation in Manchester. The role is hybrid and you would be managing a small team.
The Role:
- Lead the infrastructure team and ensure infrastructure, telephony and systems are secure and meet compliance requirements
- Lead on the development of ICT infrastructure/infrastructure projects
- Oversee any changes (to infrastructure) and ensure the changes have been tested and regression plans implemented
- Ensure all external facing systems are monitored regularly
- Look after cyber security audits
- Responsible for IT disaster recovery plan
- Manage all supplier and vendors
- Run Team meetings and delegate tasks to the team
- Act as an ICT escalation point and progress the team through IT certifications
The Person:
- Experienced in delivering network/infrastructure projects to a deadline
- Experienced in managing a technical team
- Sound technical knowledge
