SalaryReed Public Sector Hub is actively recruiting for an Infrastructure Monitoring Officer for a Local Authority in Berskhire.
The role is required to ensure that the important role of monitoring the collection of infrastructure contributions continues during a period of long-term sickness. It would work jointly with the Principal Infrastructure Monitoring Officer and report to the Planning Policy Manager.
The role can be undertaken largely remotely.
The main tasks will be
• Monitoring, reporting and enforcement of the requirements of Section 106 legal agreements, including financial contributions; and
• Monitoring, reporting and enforcement of the collection of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).
requirement of a person who:
• Has previous experience of monitoring and collecting financial contributions under both CIL and Section 106; and
• Preferably is familiar with the Exacom software package that the Council uses.
