TECHNIA is looking for an Inhouse Sales Representative/ Executive/ Telesales to promote and upsell our services and products to existing customers. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. The position is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be expected to come in the Milton Keynes office 2- 3 days a week.

Our Inhouse Sales Representative/ Executive/ Telesales will:
- Drive sales growth through proactive research and identification of potential accounts, solicitation of new business, establishment of rapport, and provision of technical information and explanations.
- Manage accounts at TECHNIA by interacting with key contacts, ensuring the smooth operation of existing licenses and support, and actively seeking opportunities to expand their installed base
- Engage with key contacts of house accounts at TECHNIA, focusing on ensuring the smooth operation of existing licenses and support while actively pursuing opportunities for growth.
- Analyse and uncover latent potential within our existing customer base.
- Enhance understanding of customer business and perceived needs
- Identify target contacts for engagement.
- Develop tailored messaging and create content for target personas.
