The company
We are working on an exciting opportunity to join an innovative leadership team in London within an independent consultancy. Their main focus is on fostering brand growth in collaboration with clients committed to placing consumers at the forefront of their decision-making processes. Specialising in front-end insight, innovation, and strategy, uncovering concealed truths about people's desires, and driving sustainable brand growth.
As an Innovation and Insight Director, you will take responsibility for hands-on project delivery, team and client management as well as key leadership decision-making within the company.

Key duties
- Spearhead the design and configuration of client projects with an emphasis on strategic planning
- Supervise project management, strategic thinking, and content delivery with the consultant team
- Ensure the delivery of client satisfaction
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships, identifying strategic opportunities for growth
- Exhibit thought leadership internally and externally on insight and innovation challenges
- Contribute substantially to the Leadership team, aiding in business development
- Serve as an inspirational role model, overseeing, guiding, and developing the internal team
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record in client partnerships
- Good knowledge of qualitative research and Insight practices
- A genuine desire to elevate thinking on projects with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities for clients in white spaces
- Proven experience in innovation, campaign optimization and understanding of human behaviour
- Previous experience in team management, mentorship, and development
