CPL are continuing to work closely with one of the most influential food processing companies across the globe as they continue their exciting growth plans across Europe and specifically within Northern Ireland.

I am currently recruiting for an Innovation & Development Systems Manager on a full time, permanent basis.

You will be joining a project team to be based in Craigavon, Co. Armagh.

Roles & Responsibilities;

To evaluate, manage and develop efficient and effective processes and systems both within the Innovation and Development function and for functions which interface directly or indirectly with Innovation & Development, eg. Category Teams, Finance, Procurement and IT.

What we are looking for;

• Sound academic background, and a working history that demonstrates a high analytical, problem solving ability.
• Proven track record in FMCG Manufacturing business environment,
• Experience dealing cross-functionally with different departments at all business levels.
• Good interpersonal skills, particularly assertiveness
