Inpatient Therapy Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinical Band 7 Therapy Team Lead at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust (SHFT). This role will be managing and developing a modest-sized team of Integrated Therapies comprised of Occupational and Physiotherapists (OT, PT), Rehab assistants, Apprentice OT, and PT students based at Lymington Hospital.

We are looking for a motivated manager with previous experience in supervising small teams who are looking to develop their skills in moulding the next leaders in therapy. This role has a strong focus on developing inside the team whilst overseeing and supporting autonomy within the therapy service provided to ensure the best outcomes for patients in realistic timeframes.
