Recruitment & People Coordinator required by leading, international management consultancy.
Responsible for the recruitment administration associated with European client-facing and operational employees, much of your time will be spent on:
- European candidate management, including jobs portal ownership and interview scheduling
- Advertising open roles, including jobs postings and updating the company’s jobs page
- Helping with assessing written applications
- Coordinating graduate recruitment events internally (insight days) and externally (careers fairs and presentations)
- Ad-hoc holiday cover for your US-based counterpart
Additional duties will include:
- Scheduling client-facing training sessions
- Managing freelancer bookings
- Approving holiday requests
Ideal for someone who has worked in a recruitment or event booking role, who would like to leave behind the sales / KPI aspects of the role. This will be a busy coordination role where expert organisational skills will be essential. In contact with a broad spectrum of internal and external clients (from graduates through to senior executives), you will need to demonstrate your abilities to plan exceptionally well, have superb time management and multitasking skills and also strong attention to detail and accuracy. Often the first point of contact for applicants, this is a highly ambassadorial role which can include attendance at graduate recruitment events (UK wide), insight days for analysts and client events.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Over four years’ experience in a relevant role (this could include a busy senior administrative or personal assistant role or a recruitment / events coordinator role)
- Outstanding attention to detail and proofing skills
- Fantastic candidate management skills, including experience delivering difficult news
- Experience coordinating multiple processes at once
- Competent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Completely fluent written and spoken English – other languages an advantage
As the ability to form and maintain relationships will be an essential part of your success in this role, this role offers a mix office and work from home days.
