Your New Salary: £37,000 - £39,000 (depending on experience)

Office based OR Hybrid: Office based in City, with potential for hybrid working (2 days from home) after probation

Perm OR Temp: Full-time permanent

Start: ASAP

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm with additional overtime as required

An International Trading Company is looking for a Japanese Speaking Coordinator.

Japanese Speaking Sales and Operation Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:

• Processing of orders, deliveries, samples, payments, and administration for customers and Head Office
• Attend to clients and HQ staff from Japan
• Provide daily support on all inquiries between customers and HQ, including booking hotels, cars, restaurants, flights etc.
• Arrange approvals with designers and HQ
• Translate between Japanese and English at a business level
• Arrange meetings and VIP events
• Perform accounting/finance-related duties and use SAP

Japanese Speaking Sales and Operation Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Experience in import/export and logistics
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• At least business level communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Strong Excel skills and accurate numerical skills
