Your New Salary: £37,000 - £39,000 (depending on experience)
Office based OR Hybrid: Office based in City, with potential for hybrid working (2 days from home) after probation
Perm OR Temp: Full-time permanent
Start: ASAP
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm with additional overtime as required
An International Trading Company is looking for a Japanese Speaking Coordinator.
Japanese Speaking Sales and Operation Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:
- Processing of orders, deliveries, samples, payments, and administration for customers and Head Office
- Attend to clients and HQ staff from Japan
- Provide daily support on all inquiries between customers and HQ, including booking hotels, cars, restaurants, flights etc.
- Arrange approvals with designers and HQ
- Translate between Japanese and English at a business level
- Arrange meetings and VIP events
- Perform accounting/finance-related duties and use SAP
Japanese Speaking Sales and Operation Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Experience in import/export and logistics
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
- At least business level communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Strong Excel skills and accurate numerical skills
