Your Mission:
Grow BLOQS into an even more impactful and thriving hub of maker education. You'll design and deliver innovative courses, build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, and empower a team of passionate technicians to ignite the spark of creativity in every learner.
What You'll Do:
- Craft the Curriculum: Develop engaging courses that blend traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology, catering to makers of all levels.
- Lead the Way: Inspire and guide our talented team of technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Forge Partnerships: Build bridges with universities, colleges, and other educational organisations to expand our reach and impact.
- Unleash Potential: Empower learners to explore their passions, master new skills, and create projects that push the boundaries of what's possible.
- 1-2-1 Learning: Create the best 1-2-1 program for learning and testing on individual machines and processes, and create a new standard for skills training on equipment.
