Job Description
The Inside Sales Executive will:-
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers via phone and email
- Identify potential leads and convert them into sales
- Provide product information and handle customer queries
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Update customer records in the CRM system
- Prepare and present sales reports
- Stay abreast with the latest industry trends
The Successful Applicant
- A successful Inside Sales Executive should have:
- Experience in a sales role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- A knack for identifying sales opportunities
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Able to travel to the head office in Peterborough on a daily basis
- Experience in a sales role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry
