Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Specialising in the delivery of best-in-class industrial tools, solutions and professional services, they operate in 13 locations worldwide, have over 4,000 customers and are leaders in what they do!
They're now searching for driven graduates to join their leading organisation as Sales Account Executives!

Role:
- Manage the customer sales process for designated customer accounts via phone, web sessions, emails and site visits
- Have/create clear defined Account Development plans for all owned customers
- Work on prospecting activities within existing accounts to grow and develop new opportunities
- Resolve customer issues alongside the Head of Sales, technical team and the Customer Success Managers
- Work collaboratively with the renewals team to ensure successful renewal and reduce churn rate
- Maintain up to date contact and opportunity information in the CRM database and within the company systems
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Ideally, you'll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)
