My client based in St Ives is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team on a on going full time temporary basis to cover maternity leave, for the right candidate there may be the opportunity to go permanent.
Main Responsibilities:
·Manage existing accounts to achieve maximum business
· Open new accounts and ensure they continue to develop profitably
· Engage with customers face to face and over the phone
· Accurately take and input orders onto the system
· Providing quotes
· Maximise add-on sales
· Actively promote and sell other company products
· Liaising with other suppliers/distributors
· Purchasing of items related to customer requirements
· Make proactive sales telephone calls to lapsed accounts and potential new customers and chasing quotations
· Collaborate closely with warehouse team to ensure correct products are delivered on time
· Regularly engaging with external sales and credit control teams
· Assist with producing Social Media content
· Assist with promoting the company across Social Media Platforms
· Develop company brand with customers and team
· Any other reasonable duties within the individual capabilities
