Are you a sales driven individual looking for a new challenge? Our client based in Rugby is looking for an experienced Sales Executive who is looking to further their career in a sales environment.
DAY TO DAY DUTIES:
- Handle incoming emails, webchats, and phone enquiries relating to the client product range. Customer communication must be responded to promptly.
- Qualify inbound opportunities from architects, contractors, building material distributors and designers.
- Upsell / Cross - sell opportunities after assessing customer needs
- Maintain and update our sales funnel (Pipeline Management)
- Engage in persistent and appropriate follow-ups on open quotations
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong preference to engage verbally. Proactive phone skills are essential.
- MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Great Listener
- Task oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional reasoning and intelligence
