Inside Sales Representative (Italian-Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients in Italian, both written and spoken.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client research needs and recommend appropriate life science products.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to meet sales targets and expand market presence.
- Utilise the company CRM system to track customer interactions and manage leads.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
Role Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is essential, both written and spoken
- A background in life sciences or a related field (BSc, MSc, or PhD required)
- Some prior experience in a target-driven customer-focused role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eligibility to work in the UK
