REED are excited to be working with a leading consultancy organisation who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will work 25 hours per week, Monday - Wednesday from their office in North Shields, however, hybrid / remote working will also be available, as well as flexible start / finish times.
The role will be to provide administrative support to the MD and assist with the coordination of bids and proposals.
Duties:
- Coordination of multiple bids and achieving associated deadlines
- Interrogation of requests for consultancy proposals (RFPs)
- Preparation of fee proposals and supporting documentation
- Preparation of material to support the business marketing function
- Updates to website and social media
- Managing the CRM system
- Support and development of external relationships.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (pro rata)
