Sales & Lettings Property Administrator - Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Lettings Property Administrator. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary and excellent potential for growth within the company.

Sales & Lettings Property Administrator- Responsibilities:

• Processing tenancy agreements, referencing, and other necessary paperwork
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all properties and tenancies
• Liaising between solicitors, other estate agencies and other professional organisations to ensure smooth property sales transactions between all interested parties
• Assisting with the management of a portfolio of properties
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues
• Assisting with marketing and advertising of available properties for both sales and lettings, ensuring all marketing portals are accurate and up to date
• Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings team as needed
• Sales progression on all live property sales with the ability to earn commission

Sales & Lettings Property Administrator- Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the property industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management software
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property sales and lettings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Sales & Lettings Property Administrator- Remuneration:

• Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
• £30,000 - £32,000 on target earning potential if you can also conduct sales progression to a high standard
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
