Gambit Search is working with one of the UKs most established national insolvency practitioners as they seek to add Insolvency Administrator level talent in their Birmingham based office.
Our client's Midlands based team is one of the largest in the region with an established Partner group and a leadership team beneath that actively supports the development of the Administrators and Senior Administrators below.
Purpose
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the preparation for pre-appointment and post-appointment documentation, agreeing claims, and distribution of funds to creditors and shareholders. Other tasks include the preparation of corporation tax and VAT returns including asset realisation.
Due to the steady flow of new work coming through into the region, it is important that you have a minimum of two years working in a similar Insolvency Administrator role. Knowledge of IPS and the ability to conduct all statutory work on corporate case files is key.
The Partners are taking appointments across liquidations (CVLs & MVLs), administrations and a handful of bankruptcies.

Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working on an array of corporate insolvencies, primarily liquidations
- Exposure to the cradle to grave process
- CPI qualified or an interest in sitting the CPI in the future.
- Career driven with a desire to learn and get hands on with new and existing case files.
