Job Title: Insolvency Solicitor

Role Description: We have an exciting opportunity for an Insolvency Solicitor to join our dynamic and friendly team located in Reading.

Experience/Attributes Required:

• Previous experience in Insolvency & Corporate Recovery work, representing Insolvency Practitioners, lenders, and private individuals.
• Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including corporate and personal insolvency.
• Preferably, advocacy experience.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with effective collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software with excellent keyboard skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Client following is desirable.

Work Type:

• Manage own caseload and advance files under the supervision of the Partner across a diverse range of cases.
• Provide supervisory support to junior team members.
• Participate in and attend business development events.
• Demonstrate a positive and ambitious attitude.
• Work efficiently in time-sensitive situations.
