Our client is a top tier full service commercial law firm in Thames Valley.
Its offices in Reading are seeking a 1-5 years PQE Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Solicitor to join its expanding team based in Reading.
The Business Support & Insolvency group are chambers listed for its work and is reputed to assist and support insolvency practitioners, banks and asset-based lenders.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Recent experience working at a firm known for its Corporate Insolvency work or have 1-5 years PQE previous experience of Corporate Recovery work, acting primarily for Insolvency Practitioners
- Experience preferably in both contentious and non-contentious matters (corporate and personal)
- Advocacy experience (County Court and High Court Registrars)
- Good negotiating skills
The team of six is Partner lead with three other fee earners and two support staff.
