Would you like to be part of an established and expanding consultancy organisation based near Liverpool who due to expansion are looking to speak to academic graduates who are pursuing a career in insolvency?

They are currently looking for a Graduate Insolvency Trainee to join their team; this would be an excellent opportunity to further your career allowing you to become a qualified accountant.

The principal duty will be to carry out insolvency tasks whilst assisting senior staff leading to responsibility for a small and varied caseload. The specific duties and responsibilities will include:

• Generating standard letters and documents and ensuring checklists completed.
• Updating the case diary system to ensure statutory deadlines are adhered to.
• Inputting initial information on the system following the setup of a new case.
• Working with more senior administrators to prepare complex reports & financial information to stakeholders.
• Liaising with stakeholders (creditors, debtors, bank, directors etc.) on general case issues.
• Liaising with appointed agents/solicitors/accountants to progress cases.
• Assisting senior staff on site where necessary (collating information, assisting employees etc.)
• Developing your own case load over time

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Accountancy and Finance, Maths or Economics (min 2:1) or an alternative numeric degree
• A high level of analytical and numerical problem-solving skills.
