Job description

    Installation Co-ordinator - Maidenhead - fully office based
    Hours: 9:00-5:30 Monday to Friday (1 hr break for lunch)
    Salary: £25-£27K
    Holidays: Annual entitlement 28 days including bank holidays
    Pension: auto-enrolment subject to meeting eligibility criteria
    Responsibilities & Duties
    * Planning/booking-in installation works with the client
    o Review scheduled works, identify site procedures and timeframes
    o Review and check RAMS, survey information, child safety requirements
    o Liaising with internal teams to ensure availability of products and labour to meet required schedules
    o Completing and issuing accurate induction paperwork to site contacts.
    o Scheduling installation visits with the client, booking loading bays and consolidation centres.
    * Completing and issuing accurate and detailed work reports to the fitting teams
    o Raise accurate work reports for the installation teams, providing full details of product and access requirements, special instructions, numbered drawings, survey and RAMS.
    o Updating Company systems, recording detailed visit information accurately and in accordance with procedure.
    * Updating returning worksheets, rectifications & programme changes
    o Review returning worksheets, update time spent, comments, and action changes/rectifications in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate quickly and efficiently any site/delivery issues to relevant parties, i.e., internal and external project teams, manufacturing and procurement.
    o Re-scheduling visit requests to accommodate programme changes and communicate any changes to project teams.
    * General tasks
    o Taking telephone calls - assisting fitters with queries on site
    o Ad-hoc duties that may be required.
    Skills Required
    * Excellent administration/IT skills
    * Able to respond to change, apply lateral thinking and stay calm under pressure
    * Agile approach to all tasks
    * Collaborates and communicates with other teams to share knowledge
    * Excellent verbal and written communication
