Installation Manager

Cogent Staffing are recruiting for an Installations Manager in the Bradford area to join an exciting and well established Industrial firm. The successful Installations Manager will receive a company car, access to the bonus scheme, a competitive salary and a great opportunity for personal development.

The Installations Manager will be required to work out of the Bradford office and on site - Previous experience of Pipework and Pipe fitting projects is essential.

Primary Objectives:
- Follow up leads generated by the Sales Team via conducting site visits to analyse and assess a project spec. Liasing with the client on site to discuss project capabilites and the general details such as timescales etc.
- Undertaking proposals for capital projects, including installation and commissioning.
- Order processing and liaising with internal purchasing team to meet customers delivery expectations and general project demands.
- Prepare energy audit reports as part of commercial proposals. - Responsible for 2x engineering teams, overseeing the completion of the workload assessing quality and maintaining efficiency of Installations.
- Strive to increase business profitably through quarterly targets.

Core Duties:
- Evaluate customers requirement and visit sites as necessary
- Prepare technical quotations in a timely manner, as required
- To ensure the sales team fully understand the technical detail contained within a quotation
- Liase with suppliers correctly specifying equipment
- Assistance with customer enquiries both technically and commercially
- To react to and where possible solve customer complaints - assisting customers to understand the process of pipework fitting projects through an advanced level
- Ensure customers are kept up to date with changes to our range of products and services (including some upselling if possible)
- Complete all necessary reports as required and enter data in the CRM system

Competencies:
- Knowledge of compressed air/gas or vacuum systems
- Engineering qualification or relevant experience
- Experience in speaking with customers (face to face experience preferred)
- Experience in preparing technical proposals
- Clear well spoken English to a professional/technical level - Strong understanding of Pipefitting and Pipework essential
- PC Literate, use of ERP, CRM and microsoft office
- Confident communication skills and a friendly professional telephone manner

£40,000 – £45,000 PA (+ Bonus)
