About the company

Our client has been a market leader in the hotel furniture industry for 26 years. Working with clients such as Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn & Crowne Plaza. With a 60,000 sq ft factory just 10 minutes from Leeds City Centre, they make high specification, bespoke hotel furniture. The company is growing and looking for an individual to join the management team in order to help optimise the multiple opportunities ahead.

Job Purpose

To take ownership for the full installation life cycle of high-quality range of hotel furniture.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for on time programme completion
• Responsible for quality of the installation
• Communicate with head office team (Leeds based) on a regular basis
• On-site management of multiple projects
• Responsible for the safe handling of furniture throughout the site programme
• Regular liaison with both the client’s and internal Project Managers
• Accurate and timely surveys of rooms for our furniture
• Attendance at site meetings
• Coordinating sub contract fitters to work on time and in budget
• Provide site feedback/diaries to in house Project Managers
• Management of sub-contractor installation & distribution teams
• To ensure any installations issues are sorted and complete the relative documentation to support the visit, ensuring full customer satisfaction is achieved

Requirements:

• You must be able to work under pressure and work well in a team.
• Ability to deal with sites at different locations
• Build rapport and manage customer experience  
• Must be able to work on own initiative
• Driving License required
• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to ‘Right First Time’ and continuous improvement.
• Confident to make decisions based on sound knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
• Proven track record of site management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good computer skills
• Good numeracy skills
