About The Role
At Wren Kitchens, we prioritise the service a customer gets from ordering, through to install. As an Installer Recruitment & Performance Administrator, you ensure that we only work with the best installers possible, across the UK! Welcoming installers that are capable of bringing our customers dreams to reality. An ideal candidate will be extremely organised, be capable of managing their own workload and possess great interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential installers.
This role is based fully on-site at our Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber.

Main responsibilities

  • Recruiting quality installers to subcontract for Wren
  • Liaise with the Field Team to book pre-recruitment, installation quality inspections of prospective installers
  • Engage with installers to ensure conformance to Wren Way standards for installers
  • Provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders around recruitment of installers.
  • Identify and provide installer to meet scheduled installation requirement
  • Undertake the agreed processes for effective communication to Installers and Field Personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of day-to-day activities as required by policy and procedures
  • Collate requirements and accurately log IT equipment for installers.
  • Perform admin tasks such as accurate reporting, record keeping, file maintenance, and data entry.

About You
Desired skills and knowledge:

  • Exceptional organisational & time management skills,
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Previous recruitment experience desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of installations desirable but not essential
  • Sales experience desirable
  • Computer and IT literate- including Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver results
