Institutional Sales, Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the UK institutional market, particularly LGPS & DC pension funds.
• Use a proactive and structured approach to target and engage with prospective clients.
• Lead on pitch meetings to secure new business and drive inflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and follow up on cross-selling opportunities.
• Attend and participate in industry events such as conferences to drive sales activity.
• Share ideas for expanding the firm’s products and services based on client feedback.
• Ensure all sales collateral remains effective and aligned to strategic goals.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Institutional Sales within asset management,
• Strong understanding of the UK institutional market, particularly the LGPS and DC clients.
• High calibre communication skills and ability to nurture client relationships, ultimately driving revenue.
• Commercial mindset.
