Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the UK institutional market, particularly LGPS & DC pension funds.
- Use a proactive and structured approach to target and engage with prospective clients.
- Lead on pitch meetings to secure new business and drive inflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and follow up on cross-selling opportunities.
- Attend and participate in industry events such as conferences to drive sales activity.
- Share ideas for expanding the firm’s products and services based on client feedback.
- Ensure all sales collateral remains effective and aligned to strategic goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Institutional Sales within asset management,
- Strong understanding of the UK institutional market, particularly the LGPS and DC clients.
- High calibre communication skills and ability to nurture client relationships, ultimately driving revenue.
- Commercial mindset.
