Role Overview:
As the Instructional Leader in Math & Science, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the Math and Science curriculum for grades K-8. You will work closely with teachers to ensure the delivery of high-quality instruction and the achievement of academic excellence in Math and Science.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the Math and Science curriculum, aligned with the American standards.
• Provide guidance and support to Math and Science teachers in curriculum planning, instruction, and assessment.
• Collaborate with the school leadership team to set academic goals and monitor progress in Math and Science.
• Conduct regular observations and provide feedback to teachers to improve instructional practices.
• Organize professional development opportunities for Math and Science teachers to enhance their teaching skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Math and Science education.
• Analyze student data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes.
• Work closely with parents to support student learning and achievement in Math and Science.
• Assist in the selection of instructional materials and resources for Math and Science.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Science, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or license.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Math or Science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with the American curriculum is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position due to cultural considerations.
